Kem Travel is ably led by Mr. Sjarman Syarif, a 20-year travel professional, who founded Kem Travel in 1992. "Pak Maman" is assisted by a team of highly qualified Indonesian sales staff including: Theresia, Ayu, Sumi, Enny, Shinta, Kiki, Rini, and Cahyono.

Kem Travel is a sister company of the Kem Chicks Group of Companies, founded by Mr. Bob Sadino in 1970. The Group also includes the core business Kem Chicks Supermarket, as well as Kem Foods, Kem Farms.
